The Boots are one of Linkle's weapons in Hyrule Warriors added in the Link's Awakening DLC. The level 1 weapon, the Winged Boots, are automatically unlocked in Warriors and Legends.
Winged Boots
Def. Ed.: Unlocked in Adventure Mode by completing the challenge on grid H16? with an "A" rank as Linkle after using the Digging Mitts on the soft earth.
