Blue Bird Feathers are collectible items found in Skyward Sword, they are obtained by sneaking up to blue birds and catching them with your Bug Net. Make sure to swipe them up fast or they will fly away. They sell for 20 rupees and can be used to upgrade certain items.
Blue Birds are very likely to appear in Skyview Spring.
