Bertie works at the Infusion Shop. This is part of the store he runs with his wife, Luv, that is called Luv and Bertie's Potion Shop. Luv sells potions that Link can carry around in his bottle and Bertie upgrades them to be more effective if Link brings him the right bugs. Their shop is located in the Skyloft Bazaar. Bertie is also a father. He is seen carrying an infant on his back as he stirs his cauldron.
