The Bell is an item found exclusively in A Link Between Worlds.

Link will automatically receive the Bell from Irene after completing the Eastern Palace. Once Link receives the Bell, it will appear as a selectable icon on the Touch Screen. Link can ring the Bell to summon Irene, or her broom later on, to transport Link to any unlocked Weather Vane. A weather vane must be unlocked in order to transport to the location. The Bell can be used in both Hyrule and Lorule.
