The Banded Shield is crafted by taking your old Wooden Shield, two Amber Relics, a Monster Claw and a Jelly Blob to the Scrap Shop owner and paying him 30 rupees to upgrade it. The Banded Shield is much more durable than the Wooden Shield, capable of taking a great deal more hits, but as its still made of wood, it will burn to ashes, so be careful with it.
