Asae Nishitsuji is a game designer who has worked for Capcom since the last 1980's. He has worked on a number of games in the Street Fighter, Mega Man, and Resident Evil franchises. He worked on all four Capcom developed Zelda titles, including Oracle of Seasons, Oracle of Ages, the remake of A Link to the Past, Four Swords, and The Minish Cap.
