This is an obvious attempt to sell fire arrows, which are the easiest way to solve the quest. However, there are multiple solutions. There is a fire close by, so regular arrows can be used by walking near the fire with bow out to catch the arrow on fire. (Be careful not to light the bow on fire if it is wood. Put it away if you do.) Jump strikes with a fire elemental melee weapon can also be used.
To complete this quest, Link needs to shoot the four torches with [[Fire Arrow]]s. Link can also use regular arrows, by first dipping the ends of them into the campfire that is nearby. The arrow will stay lit and Link can shoot the torch. Alternatively, Link can use a fire elemental melee weapon and perform a jump strike, lighting the torches that way. Unfortunately, none of these methods will work if it is raining at the current time.

The four torches can be found surrounding the Goddess Shrine across from the entrance to Impa's House.
After the four torches are lit, return to Rola for your reward of a [[Rupee|Red Rupee]].

After the torches are lit, return to Rola for your reward of a red rupee, which is hopefully not more than you spent on buying arrows.

After completing the Seek Out Impa Main Quest, return to Kakariko Village and speak to Rola, the shopkeeper at the The Curious Quiver, the arrow shop in town. Rola will task Link with lighting the four torches that surround the Goddess Statue in the village, located just in front of Lady Impa's home.[1][2]

Walkthrough

To complete this quest, Link needs to shoot the four torches with Fire Arrows.

After the four torches are lit, return to Rola for your reward of a Red Rupee.
