Race from the tree across the infected area and climb up to the rock point.
There is a lone Big Tree surrounded by corruption. Climb up the tree to find a Korok platform. Once on the platform the race timer will start. Fly across the corruption to the rock across the way and touch the countdown circle before it ends.

Shoot the acorn hanging under the bridge.
Under Aquame Bridge there is an acorn hanging on a chain. Shoot the acorn from below the bridge.
