The Ancient Tree Stump is a location found in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The Ancient Tree Stump is surrounded by a small lake, located just north of Mount Daphnes and to the west of the Central Tower.

A wooden bridge connects the tree stump to Mount Daphnes, located to the south. A pair of Blue Bokoblin can be found here, as well as a Blue Moblin. A Great Flameblade can be found at top of the tree stump, sticking into the ground.

Down below the tree stump in the water, there are a circle of lilies just to the northwest. Link can jump in to get a Korok. The water down below is filled with some enemy Blue Lizalfos. Link can also find some Hyrule Bass and Hearty Bass swimming around.

The Ancient Tree Stump is located just north of Mount Daphnes and well southwest of the Lookout Landing.

Korok Seeds

Along the bridge that leads to the Ancient Tree Stump, there is an acorn hanging beneath the bridge, right at the start of the bridge. Shoot it with an arrow to get the Korok Seed.
At the north end of the Ancient Tree Stump, there is a tiny stump that Link can stand on. This will create a marked spot to the northwest. Use the Paraglider to glide down and reach the spot in time.

Ancient Tree Stump Cave

The Ancient Tree Stump Cave is located right at the center of the Ancient Tree Stump and it's the main attraction. This deep cave system has a ton of goodies, including numerous Brightcaps, Bomb Flowers, and Brightbloom Seeds. The main treasure within the cave are the Fierce Deity Boots.
