Gathering Ancient Cores
Guardians
Up to two Ancient Cores can drop as a random loot from Guardians. Note that only the flying and crawling types can drop Ancient Cores, and not the stationary type.
Shrine Treasure Chests
Ancient Cores can also be found in treasure chest in the following shrines:
