Akh Va'quot Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Windmills
Immediately turn right and head up the stairs into another room. Shoot the switch to open the gate and get the chest (Ancient Core).
Before you head back to the main room, use Cryonis to reach two ledges on the right with two more chests (Sapphire & Feathered Spear; Durability Up+).
