Akh Va'quot Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Windmills
Immediately turn right and head up the stairs into another room. Shoot the switch to open the gate and get the chest.
Before you head back to the main room, use Cryonis to reach two ledges on the right with two more chests.
So the objective here is to have all the windmills spinning. One of the easiest ways to do this is to hit every shock crystal once, and then the two shock crystals on the left side of the room, hit them two more times each. Now head to the altar and get your Spirit Orb.
