Aji is a Goron that appears in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
Aji owns the Protein Palace, a stall which sells roasted food in Goron City.
Tears of the Kingdom
Aji can be found behind a shop that sells Sapphire. He declares that the shop is closed though, and Marbled Rock Roast is all that matters.[1] The Sapphire is priced at 300 Rupees each. Aji is upset when Link speaks with him, claiming that Hylians are always disrupting the peace. He tells Link he has no time for him and that he should get out of here.[2]
Despite the cooling of Death Mountain, Aji no longer runs Protein Palace; his grill is placed in the center of the city, being used to cook a mountain of Marbled Rock Roast.
After the Goron Regional Phenomena, Aji still be found behind his shop, though this time is happy to sell Sapphire. He wants to be aggressive with his store, and declares ore is half the normal price. The Sapphire is priced at 300 Rupees, the same as earlier.
