Talk to Gotter to get this quest.
To complete this quest head to the Library in Hyrule Castle. There are two recipes here, one on an upper level for Monster Cake, and one on a lower level for Fruitcake.
Alternately, you can make the recipes without going to hyrule castle at all. The recipes are as follows:
- Fruitcake: Three different types of fruit (ex: Apple, Wildberry & Hydromelon), Tabantha Wheat & Cane Sugar
- Monster Cake: Monster Extract, Tabantha Wheat, Goat Butter & Cane Sugar
Make either for Gotter, and he will reward you with a silver rupee. Make the other one for him as well for an extra silver rupee.
