Talk to Toren to start this quest.
Walkthrough
Toren gives you 500 rupees to give to the Great Fairy as an offering. Do so and come back to him to finish the quest. If you have already unlocked the fairy, you can turn in the quest immediately. It is unknown if the objective marker will point you to the fairy or not.
