Overview
The quest is located at the icon of Link, found at Mount Lanayru. This quest is unlocked after completing the Relentless as a Waterfall scenario.
"In a snowy region, Link meets a traveler searching far and wide for a Goddess Statue. There's a block of ice nearby that's the right shape. Perhaps melting it would reveal the missing statue."
