Ganon's Castle is the final dungeon of Ocarina of Time, located in the Market in the future, when it is in shambles.

When Link goes to Hyrule Castle in the past, wielding all three Spiritual Stones, he will witness Princess Zelda riding out with Impa, and Zelda will throw the Ocarina of Time into the moat. They are closely followed by Ganondorf, who questions Link a bit. So Link goes to the Temple of Time, in which he plays the Song of Time, and picks up the Master Sword, which is his ticket to the Sacred Realm. Trouble unfolds when Ganondorf follows him in, when he wields the Triforce of Power. 7 years later, Link awakens as the true Hero of Time. He goes to the Market to find out it's in shambles, and inhabited now by ReDeads. If he gos up the path to Hyrule Castle, he will realize Ganondorf has attacked it, and built a new Castle in it's place, Ganon's Castle.

How to Enter
Once you complete the 5 temples, and awaken the 6 Ancient Sages, go to Hyrule Castle, in which they will build a magical bridge across the sea of lava. Simply go across it, and enter the large doorway to appear in Ganon's Castle.

Rooms
Ganon's Castle has rooms corresponding to the 6 Temples: Forest Temple, the Fire Temple, the Water Temple, the Shadow Temple, the Spirit Temple and the Temple of Light. Each one has a barrier that you must destroy with Light Arrows, which will allow the Sage of the corresponding Temple destroy it. Inside the Shadow Barrier section, Link will find the Golden Gauntlets, which are needed to finish the Fire Barrier. (Also requiring the Gauntlets, there is a secret outside, behind a giant grey rock, in which the Great Fairy of Courage is hiding. If you play Zelda's Lullaby, she will enhance your defense, meaning you take half damage from enemies.) Back inside, with all barriers destroyed, Link finally enters the door, and climbs the long staircase to face off with The Great King of Evil, Ganondorf.

Ganondorf
The battle with Ganondorf is exactly like Phantom Ganon from the Forest Temple, so there's not much to note.

Ganon
After climbing down Ganon's Tower, you will face off with Ganon, Ganondorf's beast form, created using the Triforce of Power.
Hyrulesmasher1https://www.zeldadungeon.net/wiki/index.php?title=Goron_Bracelet&diff=14930Goron Bracelet2012-01-20T19:31:32Z
Hyrulesmasher1: Fixing minor link errors

Moblins are foot soldiers created in Ganon's image. They are pig-like beasts and are frequent to the games. They were first introduced in LOZ}} and are making an appearance in SS}}.

Legend of Zelda
Moblins appeared in two varieties, Orange and Blue. The only difference between the two is that the Orange one requires two hits to defeat, while the Blue one requires three. They attack by running into Link and on occasion shoot arrows.

A few Moblins appear in caves and will give Link rupees to keep their hiding place hidden.

Adventure of Link
Moblins appear near the beginning of the game in forests and provide ten experience points.

A Link to the Past
Moblins appear in the Dark World.

Link's Awakening
Ocarina of Time
Moblins appear in the Sacred Forest Meadow to Link as an adult. They will charge at him should he enter their field of vision. While charging, Link cannot hurt them. They are vulnerable to the Longshot and can be taken down with one hit.

Club Moblin
A Great Moblin guards the entance to the Forest Temple and is notably more difficult. It swings a giant club at Link, shooting out clouds of Dust which will knock Link back if he is hit. It is vulnerable to the Bow and the Hookshot, though the hookshot isn't practical to use until upgraded to the Longshot.

Oracle of Ages
Oracle of Seasons
Four Swords
Wind Waker
Moblins appear most notably inside the Forsaken Fortress and patrol the fortress. The first time Link enters the fortress, he is without a sword. Due to this, if a Moblin catches him, they will throw him in prison should they see him. They are quite stupid and can be easily fooled by hiding beneath a barrel. The second time through the Moblins won't be frightened to attack the young hero with their spears. Moblin Spears are among the weapons that Link can use to fight with.

Moblins also appear in Hyrule Castle frozen in time before Link draws the Master Sword. After doing so, they will begin to patrol the castle and will attack Link.

They drop Joy Pendents for the Spoils Bag.

Minish Cap
Despite being made in Ganon's image, Ganon does not appear in the Minish Cap. This makes the Moblin's appearance in the game peculiar. They appear partway through the game and frequent the overworld. Two variants appear, Spear Moblins and Bow Moblins. Spear Moblins will charge at Link, and Bow Moblins will fire arrows.
Stalfos are a very common enemy in the Zelda series. The only game they don't appear in is Majora's Mask. They appear as large skeletal figures, and are usually fairly difficult to kill. Sometimes they are weaponless, and sometimes they wield large swords and shields (With the exception of The Wind Waker, where they wield large spiked clubs). Stalfos are usually found in dungeons.
Variations
The Legend of Zelda
These skeleton guys are in several Zelda games. They wield two swords to attack Link. Just run up and strike with sword a couple of times to defeat them. In a second quest playthrough, they can use a sword beam which is similar to links when he is at full hearts.

The Adventure of Link
The Stalfos of this game are armed with a sword and shield with no armour. They come in two colours, red and blue, blue being the stronger of the two. The red Stalfos attack simply by swinging there sword and can be defeated by a sword slash while crouching. The blue Stalfos has the same attack but can also jump and downthrust in mid jump, you defeat them the same way as you would a red Stalfos

A Link To The Past
The Stalfos in A Link to the Past jump back whenever you swipe your sword at them. A hit with the boomerang will stun them, while a well placed hit with an arrow will deal damage to them. Some will choose to throw a bone at you from afar.

Link's Awakening
A change to the usual Stalfos, the type that appear in Link's Awakening have no sword and prefer to jump at Link. They come in two variants: A basic jumping creature and the second throws a bone-like projectile between leaps.

Ocarina of Time
These skeletal warriors make their return from previous Zelda titles. Watch out for their jump attack, which can do a great deal more damage to you than their regular sword attacks. Use Z targeting to get close while using your shield, then take a quick stab as soon as you see them let their shield down. Try to circle around them when they jump at you. Also, if you get right in their face, you can easily "force them" to attack and get a quick stab in. If done right, you can take them out very quickly this way.

Oracle of Ages
The Stalfos here appear in the same fashion as they did in Link's Awakening.

Oracle of Seasons
The Stalfos here appear in the same fashion as they did in Link's Awakening.

Four Swords
The Stalfos follow the same attack pattern as A Link to the Past.

The Wind Waker
The Stalfos are large, skeletal enemies and they are probably larger in The Wind Waker than they are in any other Zelda title. To defeat a Stalfos you can hit them with your sword to break their bodies into bones, then slash away at the bouncing skull. An easier way to kill a Stalfos in The Wind Waker is to use a bomb to quickly demolish their bodies, then stun the bouncing skull with the Boomerang and then finally finish it with the Skull Hammer.

Four Swords Adventures
The Minish Cap
A classic Zelda enemy here. These skeleton guys will charge at Link and are relatively easy to defeat. Simply strike them with your sword a few times to kill them. They will hop around the room and the red ones will throw bones out at you.

Twilight Princess
In Twilight Princess, Stalfos are skeletons whom have a sword, shield, and minor armor, much like they did in Ocarina of Time. They can be found in the Arbiter Grounds. In order to take them out, you'll have to first defeat them in a sword fight, then bomb their remains that they crumble into once you've hit them enough times. One good strategy for taking out multiple Stalfos simultaneously is to simply to fire bomb arrows at them from afar, as it will instantly kill them. Alternatively, you can strike these enemies with the Ball and Chain to instantly kill them.

Phantom Hourglass
Stalfos appear as a collection of bones on the ground. Once Link draws near, the bones will form a skeleton enemy and begin to throw bones toward Link. Stalfos are quite agile and will jump away if Link tries to strike them with his sword. Use the jump attack with your blade. Alternatively, the grappling hook, bombs and the boomerang work wonders against these bony foes. There is also another variety that wears hats, uses a sword, and is much more difficult to deal with.

Spirit Tracks
Stalfos have the same design as they did in Phantom Hourglass. The Stalfos that hold swords also return, now called Stalfos Warriors. Occasionally, they drop Stalfos Skulls when defeated.

Skyward Sword
Stalfos are skeleton-like enemies that wield two large swords which they use both to block and to attack. Link must attack from specific directions that are unprotected, requiring good timing and accurate sword slashes.

Stalfos have three main attacks. It will quickly swing one sword horizontally, perform a cross-chop with both swords, or raise both swords above its head in preparation for a powerful two-part attack. The Stalfos is defenseless while its swords are above its head, so this is your chance to run around behind it and slash away.
These simple enemies look just like regular doors. They do nothing unless you try to "open" them, which will make them fall on top of you. Aggravating as that is, they can be quickly avoided once you see them wiggle after attempting to go through them, and as one of the Gorons earlier mentioned, they die rather simply with a Bomb blast. You can easily tell which doors are real because real ones indent into the wall, while fake ones stick out a little ways. Just keep an eye out for this before you open any and you should easily defeat any trickery that would befall you otherwise.
These giant lizards are slow moving and bulky, but watch out because they do a lot of damage if you're not careful. They're primary attack is to breathe fire at you, which makes them sit still for awhile. By getting close, you can make them do this, then quickly circle around and smack their tail (the only place they're vulnerable). They'll howl and spin around quickly, so get out of the way or else their tail will hit you. Circle around and repeat the process. You can even do a jump attack on their tail with a Deku Stick to take them out in one hit! If you can position yourself right, you can throw a Bomb or Bomb Flower in front of them and they'll swallow it, destroying them in one go!
Tektites are common enemies found in The Legend of Zelda series. Their appearance is similar to that of a spider. Tektites jump around and attempt to land Link in order to damage him. Tektites appear in many different locations, ranging from Mountains to Lakes.

Legend Of Zelda
In the Legend Of Zelda, Tekitites come in two varieties, red and blue. They jump around the screen and attempt to jump into Link. They can be defeated by using the sword or the bow and arrows.

Adventure Of Link
Tektites in Adventure Of Link are considerably more difficult. In order to defeat them, Link must use the fire spell and attack them with fire balls, or use the Thunder Spell. They will jump above Link and try to fall on him to cause damage. They also spit rocks.

A Link To The Past
The Tektites in A Link To The Past are similar to that of the Tektites in Legend Of Zelda. They come in both blue and red variations, although in A Link To The Past, the red variation is much faster and harder to defeat. They are found in the upper mountain region.

Link's Awakening
Tektites are common in the Tal Tal Mountain Range and Northern Koholint Island. Their appearance in this game looks generally square compared to other versions of Tektites.

Ocarina Of Time
In Ocarina Of Time, Tektites come in red and blue variations. The red variation is found on Death Mountain and the blue variation at Lake Hylia, Zora's River and in the Water Temple. The blue type is able to float on top of water. They are the same speed, although the blue variation are more durable. To defeat them, Link can use the Megaton Hammer to make a shockwave and flip them over, and the hookshot and longshot have the ability to stun them. This makes it easier for Link to attack with his sword.

Majora's Mask
Blue Tektites are found in the Great Bay region, and like the blue Tektites in Ocarina of Time, they can also float on water. They can also be found in the Snowhead region where they can pop-up from underneath the ground or are concealed in snowballs.

Twilight Princess
Tektites appear in Twilight Princess in much the same way they do in Ocarina of Time. The red Tektites inhabit mountain passes while the blue Tektites are found in water locations. Both the red and the blue variation of Tektites are in the Cave of Ordeals. Tektites have the ability to knock Link from his horse.

Phantom Hourglass
Again appearing in both red and blue variations, Tektites are found in the volcano at the middle of the Isle of Ember and Doylans pyramid. The red variation is faster and more powerful than the blue type.

Spirit Tracks
In Spirit Tracks Tektites are much larger and are found when Link travels through the tunnels that connect the various locations. They climb on the ceiling and walls of the caves and attempt to drop on the Spirit Train. To defeat them Link must fire the cannon attached to the spirit train at the Tektite.
These spiked obstacles are invulnerable and come in two varieties: ones that move back and forth and ones that try to slice and dice you if you get close. Either way, they cannot be defeated, so just wait for them to get on the far side of you and sneak past. In some puzzles, you can use blocks or statues to put their path so they don't have much wiggle room.
These giant variety of the skull spiders are very territorial. Although very limited in movement, they pose quite the obstacle and are awkward to defeat. If you attack their front side, it will make them rock back and forth and potentially hit you. Only their backside is vulnerable, so wait until they turn around (a stupid move on their part, no?) and strike them with your weapon of choice. Later on, you can use the Hookshot or Longshot to kill them in one hit from either side!
Dinolfos are enemies found in a number of games in the Zelda series. They are only found in dungeons, the Gerudo Training Grounds, and the Secret Shrine. Dinolfos appear to be well suited to fight and tend to be harder to defeat than their less armed counterpart the Lizalfos. Upon sighting Link, this creature will immediately run up to him and start attacking.

Variations
Ocarina of Time
Dinolfos are found sparingly throughout the game appearing only in the Gerudo Training Grounds and Ganon's Tower. They are vulnerable to both Link's sword and arrows. Deku Nuts also work very well against them as they will be stunned for a short period of time.

Majora's Mask
Dinofols take the same appearance as the previous game although they are given the ability to breath fire. They are encountered more often than in Ocarina of Time as well as earlier in the game. One is found as a mini-boss in the Woodfall Temple guarding the Hero's Bow. Two are in the Snowhead Temple, three in the Secret Shine, and one in Link's Moon Dungeon.

Twilight Princess
In Twilight Princess, Dinolfos are much more heavily armed and more difficult to defeat. Not only do they attack with daggers, but they can turn around and attack with their tails. The Ball and Chain can be used to momentarily stun them making them an easy target to your sword or being hit again with the Ball and Chain. Dinolfos can be found in the Temple of Time, City in the Sky, Hyrule Castle, and Cave of Ordeals. Nine successful strikes with the Master Sword will dispatch them.

A Big Deku Baba is a larger variation of the original, first seen in Ocarina of Time. It is a bit stronger but has the same attacks. By far the best way to kill them is to use a well timed jump attack. Another way to defeat one is target it and use your shield, then walk forward to taunt it into attacking and once the head lunges out start attacking it. It is a somewhat risky method though. When defeated, if you struck its head it will drop Deku Nuts, however if you struck its neck it will leave behind a Deku Stick, much like a withered Deku Baba. It is an annoying enemy that will constantly regrow every now and then.
You can find the Big Deku Baba in Kokiri Forest as an adult and inside the Forest Temple.
Withered Deku Babas are a weaker version of the Deku Baba. They usually appear towards the start of the game. A simple sword slash will do the trick.

Ocarina of Time
Withered Deku Babas are the first enemy you encounter. They won't damage you unless you walk into them. When defeated, they usually drop a Deku Stick.

Majora's Mask
Both withered and normal Deku Babas appear in the game. They can be found in Termina Field, as well as around the Southern Swamp area. Again, they can be eaisly be defeated with pretty much any weapon.
"The Master Sword is a sacred blade which evil ones may never touch.... Only one worthy of the title of "Hero of Time" can pull it from the Pedestal of Time...." — Rauru

The Master Sword , also known as the Blade of Evil's Bane, is a recurring sword in the Legend of Zelda series. In many games, it is said to be the only sword capable of defeating Ganondorf and his alternate form, Ganon. This legendary blade was crafted by the Ancient Sages and blessed with the power to vanquish beings of evil. It has become one of the most iconic symbols of the Legend of Zelda series, often appearing in other video games. The Master Sword has been featured in several Zelda games' logos.

History
In Ancient Hyrule the Ancient sages forged the Master Sword, A sword to repel evil. Knowing that evil ones would seek to control the triforce they created this blade. And to avoid misuse of the blade they made sure that only beings of pure heart and strong body could touch the sword. After the forging, It was layed into an enchanted pedestal, and The Temple of Time was built around it. And buried behind a great stone wall, The master sword waited for the Hero that the prophecy spoke of to claim it.

Design
The Master Sword is a double-edged longsword with no fuller and blue hilt, although in A Link to the Past, the hilt is golden. The sword's crossguard is large and elaborate in relation to its pommel, and is similair to the seal of Hyrule's Royal Family. The Triforce is engraved on the base of the blade, embedded in teh crossguard is a gem.

The bow is a ranged weapon with great power in the Zelda series. It's a recurring weapon appearing in mostly every Zelda game, the exceptions being, The Adventure of Link, Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons. Since the bow functions similarly in each and every game, this article will mostly cover any differences from game to game and where it is found.

Appearances
The Legend of Zelda
The Bow allows you to fire arrows, and is the first ranged weapon you receive. Just obtaining the bow wont allow you to use it though, you must first purchase the arrows from one of the shops. Also, you do not posses a limited number of arrows, instead firing an arrow will drain your wallet by one rupee. You receive the Silver Arrows, which do more damage and are required to defeat Ganon, in the final dungeon, Level Nine. You receive it in the Level One dungeon. If you are doing the second quest, you instead receive it in the Level Five dungeon.

A Link to the Past
You obtain the Bow as the treasure of the Eastern Palace. You start out with the ability to hold 30 arrows, but this amount can be increased by five if you donate 100 rupees to the Great Fairy in Lake Hylia. This is repeatable until you reach the maximum amount of 70. You obtain the Silver Arrows inside the Great Pyramid, which do incredible amounts of damage and are needed to defeat Ganon.

Link's Awakening
Bow functions like a regular bow, but if you drop a bomb and fire an arrow at the same time, you can shoot a bomb arrow. It must be bought from the main village's Item Shop for a whopping 980 rupees. If you don't want to use up that much money, you can steal it instead. Pick it up and run around the shopkeeper until he faces up, even when you leave the store down at the bottom. Before you immediately try to steal it, be warned that stealing anything from the shop will cause Link to be called a thief for the rest of the game, and to receive some painful consequences upon re-entering the shop (first time reentry only).

Ocarina of Time
The Fairy Bow is found in the Forest Temple. You can also receive Fire arrows by shooting at the sun above Lake Hylia and Ice Arrows by completing the Gerudo Training Grounds. Using the bow will put the user in a first person perspective and the arrows arc upwards somewhat. Your original quiver can hold 30 arrows and can be upgraded to 40 and 50 at the Kakariko village shooting gallery and the Gerudo horseback archery mini-game.

Majora's Mask
The Bow is obtained in Woodfall Temple, and functions in exactly the same way as Ocarina's Fairy Bow, with the only difference being in its appearance. You will also get new types of arrows in every dungeon. You get Fire Arrows in Snowhead Temple, Ice Arrows in Great Bay Temple, and Light Arrows in Stone Tower Temple. There are two shooting galleries, one in East Clock Town, and another in the Southern Swamp. Beating either will upgrade your quiver once.

The Wind Waker
The Bow is obtained in the Tower of the Gods. It functions the same way as it does in previous 3D Zelda games, except that the arrows travel entirely straight, instead of arcing upwards. Quiver upgrades are obtained from various Great Fairies, allowing you to eventually hold 99 arrows. You receive the fire and ice arrows from the Fairy Queen, and the Light arrows in the catacombs.

Four Swords
The Bow can be randomly found on the Item Podiums that exist in the game. You can charge it to make it shoot faster.

Four Swords Adventures
The Bow can be randomly found on the Item Podiums that exist in the game. Charged shots can pierce multiple targets, and break objects as well as pin large objects (like force crystals) to the wall. If you meet the Great Fairy, she will upgrade it to the Level 2 bow, which can have 3 arrows on the screen at once.

The Minish Cap
This game's bow is found in Castor Wilds. It's firing rate can be increased by catching the Joy Butterfly found in the Wind Ruins, which appears after you successfully perform a kinstone fusion with Din. The bow can eventually fire Light Arrows if you perform an optional sidequest.

Twilight Princess
You obtain the bow in the Goron Mines, and in Twilight Princess, you can equip bomb arrows by first equipping your bow, then moving the cursor over a bomb sack, and pressing the appropriate button. Depending on whether your playing on the Gamecube or Wii version the controls will vary. In the Gamecube version, the aiming system is the same as in previous 3D Zelda titles. On the Wii, you must aim the remote at the point where you want to shoot, and you can rotate or run with the joystick, allowing for simultaneous movement and aiming. The quiver upgrades can be obtained by completing the Castle Town S.T.A.R. game with the Clawshot, or, to make it easier, the Double Clawshot. These upgrades allow you to hold 60 and 100 arrows respectively.

Phantom Hourglass
You find it in the Temple of Courage. Since this game features touch screen controls, here you touch the screen where you want to shoot and stop touching to fire. You start out with a quiver that can hold 20. After beating the Temple of Courage you get a letter from Romanos. Play his mini-game and score between 1700 and 1990 points to hold 30 arrows. Purchasing the final upgrade for 1000 rupees from the Molida or Mercay island items shops, allows you to hold 50 arrows.

Spirit Tracks
The Bow is fired in the same way as it was in Phantom Hourglass. You find the bow in the Fire Temple. In the Sand Temple, you will obtain the Bow of Light, which you must use to activate certain switches and defeat Malladus. After beating the Fire Temple, you can buy the first quiver upgrade at the shop in Goron Village for 2,000 rupees, allowing you to hold 30 arrows. For an upgrade to 50 arrows, score between 3500 and 4000 points in the Pirate Hideout mini-game.

Skyward Sword
The bow will return in Skyward Sword, though it has not been confirmed when Link receives it. It is used with the Wii remote in the right hand and the Nunchuck in the left. After holding C to nock an arrow, you pull back the Nunchuck just like you are pulling back the string on a bow, and release the C button to shoot an arrow. This is the same control scheme that can be found in Wii Sports Resort for archery. Unlike in previous games, the bow will not make the slingshot useless. Since it takes a relatively long amount of time to aim and fire arrows, it will mostly be used for more precise shots. As usual you can shoot enemies with the bow, and items can be knocked off trees and other objects. Additionally, items dropped by enemies (such as hearts) can also be shot with the bow and pinned to walls. By doing this, Link can reclaim his dropped heart as well as his arrow.

Trivia
• In Ocarina of Time the bow is known as the Fairy Bow. In Majora's Mask, The Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess the bow is known as the Hero's Bow.
Hyrulesmasher1https://www.zeldadungeon.net/wiki/index.php?title=Slingshot&diff=2865Slingshot2011-10-22T22:56:22Z
Hyrulesmasher1: Added Item-Box

The slingshot is a basic ranged weapon found in a couple of Zelda games. Its not particulary powerful and is replaced fairly quickly by the Bow.

Ocarina of Time
Found in the Great Deku Tree, can hold 30 seeds, using it puts you in a first person perspective, all shots arc downwards after traveling a while. You can get a sack pouch capable of holding 40 in the Lost Woods if you shoot the bulls-eye on the 'target' of the tree on the way to Saria, it has a Deku Scrub sitting on top of the tree in its hole. You can acquire the 50 seed sack at the shooting gallery in Castle Town.

Twilight Princess
You buy this at the item shop in Ordon Village, it comes with 50 seeds and the capacity to carry more is never increased. Functions the same way as the Bow in Twilight Princess, except that it arcs downward after a while.

Skyward Sword
You obtain the Slingshot after finding Kikwi leader's friends. Unlike the Bow and Arrow, the Slingshot only requires players to point and shoot with the Wiimote, so the Slingshot isn't too different from the Twilight Princess version. Link will simply take aim and shoot. This allows Link to fire at enemies quickly in battle when he can't take the time to aim with the Bow, due to its aiming mechanism.
Hyrulesmasher1https://www.zeldadungeon.net/wiki/index.php?title=File:SkywardSwordSlingshot.png&diff=2862File:SkywardSwordSlingshot.png2011-10-22T22:51:49Z
Hyrulesmasher1: The Slingshot from Skyward Sword.

"You got a Deku shield! Switch the Equipment Subscreen select the shield. Press A to equip it. Press R to crouch and defend. If you press R while Z targeting, you can crouch and defend. -In game description.

The Deku shield is Link's first shield in Ocarina of Time It is required in order to see "The Great Deku Tree," along with the Kokiri Sword, because Mido will not let you pass unless you are "properly equipped." It is child sized, therefore it can only be used as a child. It costs 40 rupees at the Kokiri Shop, and 50 rupees from Business Scrubs.

The red emblem on it is the symbol of the Kokiri, and it is the shape of the gold trimming on the Kokiri's Emerald.

The Deku shield is made of tough, hard, wood, and it gives great protection, unfortunately, because it is made of wood, it burns instantly when it comes in contact with fire.

If your shield burns up, you can buy a new one, or find them in treasure chests hidden throughout Hyrule. Usually around areas where you would come across fire.
Hyrulesmasher1https://www.zeldadungeon.net/wiki/index.php?title=File:Deku_Shield_-_OOT64_render.png&diff=2856File:Deku Shield - OOT64 render.png2011-10-22T22:32:47Z
Hyrulesmasher1: The Deku-Shield from Ocarina of Time
