Treasure Chart 3 is one of the 46 Treasure Charts found in The Wind Waker.
Acquiring Treasure Chart
After acquiring the Deku Leaf, Link can float over to the exit of the Forest Haven, which leads towards the Forbidden Woods. From there, Link can look to the southeast and see an island way off in the distance. Link can play the Wind's Requiem and shift the wind to the Southeast. Then, Link can leap off the ledge, and pull out the Deku Leaf to float on over. The island is a bit of a distance away and Link will need almost a full base Magic Meter to reach the island. At the top of the island is a Treasure Chest which contains the chart.
Play the Wind's Requiem and change the wind to the southeast
Glide over with the Deku Leaf
The chest on the island holds the Treasure Chart
Sunken Treasure
The corresponding Sunken Treasure can be found at Eastern Fairy Island and it contains a Silver Rupee, worth 200 Rupees.
