Teddy Todo is a character from Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.
Overview
Teddy Todo can first be found in the entrance room of the Hero's Shrine. He will walk around a pillar, purposely avoiding having any communication with Tingle. After Tingle pays the 50 rupees and opens the door leading to the main dungeon, Tingle can walk on through. Teddy Todo will quickly run right over Tingle, running further ahead in the dungeon. As Tingle progresses in the dungeon, he'll see Teddy Todo running up ahead and battling enemies. He eventually stops and rests, deeper in the dungeon, where Tingle can finally catch up to him.
Teddy Todo will suggest working together to find the treasure, but of course, he will require a fee.[2] Teddy Todo will be willing to help Tingle if he pays him at least 20 Rupees.[3]
The contract lasts until Teddy runs out of energy. He teaches Tingle how he can help him, by first tapping on Teddy, and then where Tingle wants him to go.[4] His health can be seen on the top screen, where he starts with five hearts.
Teddy Todo will follow Tingle through the Hero's Shrine and should be used to fight off the various enemies throughout the dungeon. He'll help out with the Strong Dark Four-Legged Spider mini-boss and will then join Tingle in the boss battle with Death Bug. After the two defeat the boss, Teddy Todo tries to exit the dungeon, but he's so beaten and bruised and can't make it out. He asks Tingle to reward him for his help and he'll need at least 100 Rupees. After Tingle gives him the rupees, Teddy Todo squeezes through the whole and departs.
