The '''Elde Inn'''{{Ref|name=Quote1|TP|5126|Sign outside of the Elde Inn}} is a location that appears in ''[[The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess|Twilight Princess]]''. It is the local hotel of [[Kakariko Village]], and has two floors. The bottom floor consists of a small kitchen room to the right ([[Nintendo Wii|Wii]]) of the main entrance and the main lobby. The top floor consists of one room with a wardrobe and multiple beds spread across the room. According to a sign that can be found outside of the inn, rooms cost 100 [[Rupee]]s a night and include a continental breakfast and access to the [[Kakariko Hot Spring]] for free.{{Ref|name=Quote1}}

While the [[Eldin Province]] is covered in [[Twilight]], [[Link]] will set out in search of the [[Tears of Light]] which have been stolen by the [[Shadow Insect]]s, as directed by the [[Light Spirit]] [[Eldin (Light Spirit)|Eldin]].{{Ref|TP|4330|[[Eldin (Light Spirit)|Eldin]]}} As he is searching through Kakariko Village, he will come to a strange sign that has been placed right in front of a ramp. The sign says, ''"Dead End Ahead - Elde Inn Management"''.{{Ref|TP|5130|Sign in [[Kakariko Village]]}} By running up the ramp, Link will find another sign, this one which is placely directly in front of a large drop-off. This one says, ''"DANGER! Do not jump across from here! (Hotel accepts no responsibility for accidents.) Elde Inn"''.{{Ref|TP|5131|Sign in [[Kakariko Village]]}} If Link jumps to the other side, he will be able to enter the large door, which leads into the Elde Inn.

Inside the Inn, Link will find two Shadow Insects, which he can kill and take back the Tears of Light they stole. Also, Link will find three [[Shadow Bokoblin]]s, which can be killed or simply avoided. Also, in the main lobby, there is a small [[Treasure Chest|chest]] that contains a [[Red Rupee]], which is worth 20 [[Rupee]]s.{{Ref|TP|104|In-Game Description}}

Once the Eldin Province has been returned to its natural form, the Elde Inn will be empty. This is because most of the residents of Kakariko Village fled when the [[Shadow Beast]]s attacked. The only remaining inhabitants of the village are [[Renado]], [[Luda]], and [[Barnes]]. The owners of the hotel have seemingly vanished, and thus for the rest of the game the hotel will be unmanaged. However, after Link is able to save [[Colin]] from [[King Bulblin]], Colin will rest in the hotel on the top floor, where he will be pestered by [[Talo]] to drink the water he collected from the spirit's spring and the hot spring.{{Ref|TP|4369|[[Talo]]}}{{Ref|TP|4370|[[Talo]]}} He will also be bothered by [[Beth]], who wants him to eat some stew.{{Ref|TP|4368|[[Beth]]}}

Also, once Link brings the injured [[Prince Ralis]] to Kakariko from [[Telma's Bar]], Prince Ralis will recover in the inn; on the top floor, in the room with the beds. Eventually, Ralis will recover and spend his time in the [[Graveyard (Twilight Princess)|Graveyard]], standing beside his [[King Zora's Grave|dad's grave]].{{Ref|TP|4607|[[Beth]]}}{{Ref|TP|4472|[[Luda]]}} After this, the beds in the hotel will remain empty, and the only people in the hotel will be Colin and Luda, who can be found in the main lobby.  

The Kakariko Hot Spring is located on top of the Elde Inn. After Link has cleared the [[Goron Mines]], a [[Goron]] will stand right in front of the Elde Inn, and when asked, will offer Link a lift to the spring.{{Unsourced}}
