[[Kass]] can be found playing his accordion at the Lagoon and when spoken to, this will begin the [[Master of the Wind]] quest. Link will need to blowup the four boulders in the area, causing the wind to flow through the rock in the center of the lagoon and causing the pedestal to turn orange. Link can then glide from the large rock, using the [[Paraglider]] and wind currents to land on the pedestal. This will reveal the [[Shai Yota Shrine]] and complete the shrine quest. | |||
