Spear Moblins are a variant of the Moblin from The Minish Cap and Echoes of Wisdom.
The Minish Cap
Spear Moblins first appear after Link has completed the Cave of Flames and infused the White Sword with the Earth Element and Fire Element. After leaving the Elemental Sanctuary and returning to North Hyrule Field, Vaati will appear and will summon two blue Spear Moblins.
These giant enemies will hold their spears out and dash towards Link. If Link tries attacking directly head on, or from the sides of the spear, he will not be able to hit the Moblin. Instead, it is best to side step the Moblin and let it dash by. Once the spear clears past Link, he can strike the Moblins body to deal damage. Three hits with the White Sword will defeat the Spear Moblin.
Spear Moblins come in brown and dark blue variants. The first two Spear Moblins that Vaati summons are dark blue variants. This color variant later appears in Dark Hyrule Castle. Brown variants of the enemy appear in Lake Hylia and the Western Wood. Despite the color differences, these two versions of the Moblins are identical. Although the figurine for the Spear Moblin states that the spear Moblins appear in the Minish Woods, they don't actually show up in this location.

Appears in Minish Woods, etc. They rush at you on sight. They also block head-on attacks with their spears, so circle around to attack. |
Echoes of Wisdom

"A brutish monster found all over Hyrule. Its hurled spears can reach even high-up targets."
A Spear Moblin first appears in the Suthorn Forest, guarding a Treasure Chest. It will repeatedly hurl spears at Zelda to attack. It can be defeated with various inanimate objects like a rock, or other enemies such as a Peahat. After it is defeated, Zelda can learn the Spear Moblin Echo, which will allow her to use them in battle.
