Sheated Sword is one of the Chamber Dungeons found in Link's Awakening.
Overview
Sheated Sword is the eleventh Chamber Dungeon unlocked in the game. It one of four of the 'Level 3' Chambers. The chamber dungeon is unlocked after Link completes the Heart Storage dungeon, as well as Eagle's Tower in the main quest.
The dungeon starts with 8 pre-determined tiles. It is a fairly open floor plan, so it is very easy to construct the rest of the dungeon. The trick with this particular dungeon is that when playing through the arranged dungeon, Link is not able to swing his sword. So it is best to arrange the dungeon so that Link doesn't have to travel through rooms where his sword is important to progressing.
Link will earn a Chamber Stone and the +Hearts Effect for arranging and then completing the dungeon. The Heart Effect can later be placed when arranging dungeons. It will cause Recovery Hearts to drop from the ceiling in rooms where it is placed. Completing the dungeon is also part of unlocking the Ticking Clock dungeon. Link will also need to complete Turtle Rock.
In-Game Description
This one's a doozy. You're not gonna be able to swing that sword in the finished dungeon. So don't place any chambers that you can't get through without whackin' something with a sword. And if you do, don't say I didn't warn you.
