Rikoka Hills Well is a location in Tears of the Kingdom. It is one of 58 Wells that can be found in the Overworld.
Tears of the Kingdom
The Well can be found at Rikoka Hills, which is just south of the Lanayru Wetlands and northwest of Kakariko Village. The only materials for Link to find inside the cave are some Sticky Lizards.
Moza has opened up Moza's Hideaway Restaurant in the Well where she transforms failed dishes, such as Dubious Food or Rock-Hard Food, into Monster Stew for 10 Rupees. The first time Link speaks with Moza, this will begin The Ultimate Dish quest. The first time, Link is only charged 5 rupees.
