Orca and Sturgeon's House is a building found on Outset Island in The Wind Waker. It is home to Orca, Sturgeon, and Sue-Belle.
Overview
The house is located on the east side of Outside of Island, adjacent to Grandma's House and just down the hill from Abe and Rose's House.
Early on in the quest, Sturgeon can be found standing outside on the second floor, welcoming Link into his home. Upstairs is where Sturgeon and Sue-Belle live and it is also where Link can learn Sturgeon's One-Point Lessons. These serve has tutorials for some of the basic mechanics in the game.
On the main floor, Link will find Orca, the swordmade of Outset Island. After the Helmaroc King arrives on Outset Island, Orca will teach Link the ways of the sword. During the Sword Training, Orca teaches Link five sword techniques and will then bestow on him the Hero's Sword.
Hurricane Spin

When they were young men, it was Orca and Sturgeon's dream to obtain ten Knight's Crests, allowing them to learn a powerful sword technique. After countless failed attempts, however, they both gave up. Orca realizes Link is a swordsman, so he sends him a letter asking him to collect the Knight's Crests, claiming it was the only true way to become a real swordsman. When Link brings them to Orca, he teaches him the Hurricane Spin. After this, Link is a better swordsman than Orca ever was, and Orca says that there is nothing else left for him to teach him.
