Mipha's Touch is one of the Recovered Memories found in Breath of the Wild. Link recalls it as part of the Divine Beast Vah Ruta main quest.
Location
As part of the Free the Divine Beasts main quest, Link will travel to Zora's Domain and speak with King Dorephan, Sidon, and Muzu. Much to Muzu's displeasure, the King will gift Link the Zora Armor. Sidon will then speak with Muzu at the Zora's Domain main square where he tries to convince him that Link in fact actually knew Mipha. There, Link will gaze at the Mipha statue and will recall the memory.

"Mipha quietly expresses her concern for Link while tending to his wounds atop the Divine Beast.
She reassures Link that he can count on her in the upcoming trials ahead."
