Laruta is a character in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.
Breath of the Wild
Laruta is a Zora who lives in Zora's Domain. Alongside Tona and Tula, she is a member of Prince Sidon's Fan Club. She adores Sidon and despite thinking that Link is cool, she thinks Sidon is much cooler.[1] She things that Sidon is so handsome and that he is what every girl dreams of.[2]
Laruta loves to sing and she can be heard singing the lyrics to the Ceremonial Song.[3][4] The song is sung during the Champion Festival.[5] When asked, Laruta will sing the full song to Link. The lyrics are as follows.
A gift from the sky... a scale of light... Splits the feet... of a Veiled Falls sight... Your trial awaits... It's glowing bright...[6]
The Ceremonial Song

After completing the Divine Beast Vah Ruta quest, Link can speak with Laruta to unlock The Ceremonial Song shrine quest.
Tears of the Kingdom
In Tears of the Kingdom, Laruta can be found in the Throne Room with Tula, hiding from the Sludge. She talks about how she was playing in the square, when all of a sudden the sludge fell from the Sky. Lady Yona quickly rescued her and took her to the throne room to keep her safe.
