The Laparoh Mesa is a location in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The Laparoh Mesa is a snowy and flat area at the east side of the Gerudo Highlands. As with much of the region, the area is bitterly cold, requiring Link to wear armor with Cold Resistance, such as the Snowquill Set, in order to survive.

At the northwest part of the mesa, a dangerous Blue-Maned Lynel can be found. There is a wind geyser located just to the northwest of the lynel and can be used regularly to get perfect shots with Arrows. Once defeated, the Lynel will drop a Mighty Lynel Crusher and a Savage Lynel Bow. Near the Lynel, there is a buried treasure that contains a Royal Shield.

At the south end of the Mesa, there are some rocks on the floor and when Link walks over it, a Frost Talus will appear. Link can shoot the Frost Talus with a Fire Arrow, causing its body to thaw out and allowing Link to climb on top of it.

On the higher snow ledge at the east side of the mesa, there is a large ice block. Link can melt it to find a Korok Seed. Another Korok can be found just northeast of the Mesa, way down at a lower elevation at the top of a tree.

Northwest of the Mesa, there is a bridge that connects the lower part of the mesa with the Gerudo Summit. A treasure chest can be found buried here with a Royal Bow. On the western wall there is a Korok block puzzle.

Kuh Takkar Shrine

The Kuh Takkar Shrine can be found just south of the Mesa at the much lower elevation. Link will need to melt the giant ice block found in the area to reveal the shrine. Inside the shrine, Link will need to carry the ice block all the way to the top of the shrine without it melting. Link will need to use the metal block to regularly block the flames. Link will meet with Kuh Takkar at the altar to get the Spirit Orb.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Laparoh Mesa is a high elevation found east of the Gerudo Summit. The climate is brutally cold, requiring Link to have two levels of Cold Resistance in order to survive.

At the southeast end of the Mesa, there is a Frost Talus that will awaken when Link draws near. At the north end of the Mesa there is a Blizzrobe, who can be see carrying a Sapphire Rod.

In the center of the Mesa, there are some large Zonai Ruins that have fallen. Link cna use Ascend to get inside the ruins, which have a treasure chest containing three Zonaite.

Korok Seeds

There is a bridge that connects the Zirco Mesa to the Laparoh Mesa. Underneath the bridge there is a stump on the ceiling. Use Ascend to travel through it to get the Korok Seed.
Just west of the Mesa, there is a plateau that sticks up with a cork on it. Attach three pieces of Lattice to the cork and toss it over the edge to get the Korok Seed.
Just northeast of the Mesa, at a much lower elevation, there is a lone pine tree. Climb to the top and examine the sparkling lights to get the Korok Seed.
At the far northwest end of the Mesa, attach the boards together and cover the statue here to get the Korok Seed.
To the northwest, there is a bridge down below, connecting the Laparoh Mesa with the Gerudo Summit. Underneath the bridge, closer to Laparoh Mesa, there is a stump on the ceilind. Ascend through the stump to get the seed.
