majora_s_moon_by_vincentbisschop-d7m35ohWhen the first Legend of Zelda released nearly 30 years, the game came with an elaborate instructions manual, and within the manual was a listing of every single enemy in the game. Along with descriptions, there was individual artwork for every single enemy and boss that appeared. Ever since the original Legend of Zelda, there has always been some official enemy artwork released, but never a complete collection for any particular game.

For the upcoming Majora’s Mask 3D it’s unlikely that Nintendo will put together some brand new artwork, but that doesn’t mean there cannot be a collection of art. Here at Zelda Dungeon we are hoping to put together a complete collection of artwork for all the enemies, featuring it throughout the website on our various guides and wiki pages. We’ve had similar projects for the Spirit Tracks Enemies and the A Link to the Past Enemies, and you can see some of the artwork at those respective galleries. For more information about the Majora’s Mask artwork project, go ahead and make the jump.

Here is a collection of all the Majora’s Mask Enemies that appear throughout the game. If you are interested in participating in the event, here is what we are looking for.

  • Use any drawing computer software, a digital tablet, or paper and pencil to draw a picture of any enemy from the game.
  • It is preferred if there is just ONE enemy per art piece. The art piece should NOT include Link or any other character, just the enemy.
  • Send the artwork as an attachment to me at webmaster@zeldadungeon.net
  • OR post the image in the comments section below.
  • OR upload the art to your deviantART page and link it to us.

After looking through many of the artwork submissions. We will feature some of them on the official Zelda Dungeon Facebook Page. Furthermore, we will also use some of the best artwork throughout our Zelda Wiki.

For ambitious artists out there that are interested in doing a large quantity of pieces. We will be looking to find artists to put together the full collection of enemies and this will involve some compensation for your work. I would need to at least see an initial piece before considering you for this.

If you any questions or comments, feel free to let us know in the comments below. I’m looking forward to all your submissions.
