Two new Zelda LEGO sets up for consideration

The idea for a Legend of Zelda Lego Set has been thrown around for quite a while now. As some might recall, last year a very dedicated fan took the time to design prototype models and plan out an entire LEGO set for the franchise, however even though the project reached 10,000 supporters, it was turned down with the reason being that it was “too difficult to produce due to the need to make too many custom parts for the set”. While this disheartened many fans did not let that stop them, and one such fan has taken the time to think up a new concept for the set.

Many people have come up with their own ideas for a Zelda based LEGO set but as NintendoWorldReport points out, these have a very simply, well thought up design, and they even seem to have some backing from LEGO CUSSO who has said:

“We love this approach to the Legend of Zelda in the design style of the Wind Waker. Your models and characters are very well done!”

As I look over the idea for the project, I think it is a great idea for people to be able to give their vision of a legitimate Zelda LEGO set, it would not only appeal to the current Zelda fanbase, but also possibly draw in new fans from a younger audience.
