Twilight Princess HD is All But Confirmed

Twilight Princess is one of the more popular The Legend of Zelda games and lately there has been a lot of speculation as to whether or not Nintendo will release a high definition version of the game. There have been hints dropped, rumors passed, speculation started, and icons leaked. After today the only way we could get any clearer of a confirmation is if Nintendo were to release an official trailer.
The NUS database, which is the official database listing for all games on the Wii U, has Twilight Princess HD specifically mentioned with a proper identification code. The only way it could have been listed is if Nintendo intentionally put it there. Technically, this is isn’t an announcement or full confirmation, but every other title that has appeared in the NUS database has come to fruition eventually. Without an official confirmation or trailer from Nintendo we naturally can’t quite go all the way into saying “it’s happening”, but I forgive you for feeling that way. The official listing reads “THE LEGEND OF ZELDA Twilight Princess HD” with the region listed as “Japan”.
