Twilight Princess Gamecube Controller That Never Was

The controller you see to the left was an apparent prototype of a gamecube controller that was to be released with the Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. However, it never did come to fruition, perhaps because Nintendo rejected the idea, or after the game was going to be released for the Wii as well, they wanted to focus their advertising towards that version. Either way the controller looks pretty sweet, although I’m not sure I’d actually want to play with it. There are also some other goodies that were supposed to be packaged with this and you can see these images after the jump.
