Tournament Mode to Return to Super Smash Bros. U in August

Tournament mode will be making its return exclusively to Super Smash Bros. U this August. Announced during today’s Smash event, tournament mode, including community and regular tourneys, will see their way back into Super Smash Bros. U this fall.

Although it’s unclear as to whether or not tournament mode will be available for 3DS in the coming future, we can confirm that the good old knockout system from previous Super Smash Bros. titles will be soon with us on the Wii U. In light of this, we hope to set up our own community tournaments soon here at ZI, so stay tuned by following us via our Miiverse Community, and soon our paths may cross!
