Tier Force Heroes Sound Off on the Best and Worst Instruments in the Zelda Series

In the spirit of Musical March Madness here at Zelda Dungeon, the newest installment of Tier Force Heroes sets out to rank the various instruments Link engages with throughout the Zelda series. Things get playfully heated between Gooey Fame, Corey Richmond, and Skull Kid Nico as they discuss their favorite and least favorite Zelda instruments– from the The Legend of Zelda‘s flute to Hestu’s maracas, and everything in between.
The boys confront the challenge of ranking the Link’s Awakening instruments separately, argue whether some of these instruments were even necessary inclusions in their games, consider how useful they are functionally, and discuss the virtue of not only the instruments’ tunes but the movements that the player performs while making that sweet music. There is a shocking accumulation of instruments in the Zelda series which sometimes get lost in the conversation even when talking about Zelda music, so this is their time to shine.
