Theory: What Secrets Did the Sheikah Leave Behind in The Wind Waker?

The Sheikah are one of the more mysterious tribes that inhabit the Zelda series. They have only shown up or have been briefly mentioned a handful of times in the franchise. The Sheikah even possess “Atlantean-esque” technology, wherein they seem to be centuries ahead in terms of magical and technological capabilities.
Now while it would take forever to analyze where they were in every single title in the series, the Zelda theorist we’re looking at today, Zeltik, wants to primarily focus on what secrets the Sheikah may have left in The Wind Waker. There are only a couple of clues he tackles from the game, including certain materials hanging on the walls of Ganon’s Fortress and the massive (and very intriguing) theory on Mrs. Marie being connected to the Sheikah.
