Theory: Is Forest Haven Kokiri Forest?

In one of their latest videos, popular Zelda theorist Zeltik has suggested the forest home of the Great Deku Tree in The Wind Waker is actually the former home of the Kokiri race from Ocarina of Time. There are obvious similarities between the areas, such as the forest areas and the Koroks, but Zeltik highlights even more similarities and instances which may just be too big to be coincidences, including the layout of the Forbidden Woods and even the fate of the Great Deku Tree himself.
