The Tingle Outfit Startles Villagers in Breath of the Wild

The first round of Breath of the Wild DLC has released, and with it comes the Tingle outfit. Approaching villagers while wearing it has some pretty hilarious results. Approaching townspeople while wearing it causes them to assume a defensive or startled posture, complete with facial animations. Furthermore, if you run around them, they will follow your movements, as if expecting you to try something.
I think this is pretty hilarious. Tingle is a character with pretty divisive opinions, and I think this was Nintendo’s attempt at adding some humor through him. I personally can’t stand Tingle, especially for the original version of The Wind Waker, and all the Rupees he made off me. I feel like some people will have a lot of fun with this, and it makes me wonder: Will Nintendo have unique interactions for future costumes?
