The Legend Of Zelda NES Used as First Round Elimination Game at NWC

The Legend Of Zelda has made yet another surprise appearance – this time as the game used for the first elimination round at the Nintendo World Championships. The elimination goal for players was to make their way to the first dungeon from the beginning of the game, kill boss Aquamantis, and then claim the Triforce.

After a couple of Virtual Console Menus popping up and player 4 (TMR) dying, contender BSG4000 ruled victorious and hid away in the underground, sitting atop his throne of victory.
