The Hyrule Compendium Crew Reacts to Zelda E3 News

Mases Hagopian and Gooey Fame are back to share their reactions to all things Zelda from Tuesday’s Nintendo Direct at E3. The crew from The Hyrule Compendium have their finger on the community pulse, and much like the rest of us, note their agony over that bait and switch Nintendo pulled at the beginning of the show with the Super Smash Bros. fighter reveal. For those that missed the Direct, it began with a mystery character carrying the body of Ganondorf, only to toss him from a cliff and reveal himself as Kazuya from the Tekken franchise. Alas! Fortunately for the Zelda community, Nintendo gave us lots of announcements to celebrate.
Mases and Gooey cover Game and Watch: The Legend of Zelda, Skyward Sword HD, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity DLC, and the Breath of the Wild 2 teaser trailer. While Zelda fans didn’t get everything hoped for in this direct, the crew at The Hyrule Compendium point out there’s plenty to enjoy.
