After the announcement of Zelda WiiU’s delay, there have been many different reactions. No matter what your reaction, it’s hard not to appreciate the sheer honesty from Nintendo about why they felt they needed more time with the first true HD Zelda title. With Nintendo being a company that has historically focused on gameplay first, story second, and graphics last, it’s not hard to imagine the growing pains they must be experiencing during this process. Nintendo EAD general manager Katsuya Eguchi…

During Nintendo’s E3 presentation, the first preview of the new Zelda Wii U game was showcased in just a short trailer. Now, because of the ambiguity present in the video and the art style that combines element of The Wind Waker and Skyward Sword, some fans speculated that perhaps the character wasn’t Link at all! Kotaku has offered up what they feel Zelda in HD could look at, and…

After seeing the beautiful Zelda tech demo at E3, fans have all been waiting for this; and Miyamoto has satisfied us all by confirming an HD Legend of Zelda title on the Wii U. While this is no surprise -a modern Nintendo console without a Zelda title? yeah right! – this is still great to hear. Especially the words “new Zelda title”; meaning this won’t just be a remake of 2006’s Twilight Princess, like so many have speculated. Miyamoto’s team…
