It’s been a week or so since we last talked about The Wind Waker HD, and it seems we wont be hearing much more about the title until some point around E3. However, while some fans are happy as a clam, others are still concerned. Why The Wind Waker instead of Majora’s Mask? What about Twilight Princess HD? The truth is, there are a copious amount of reasons as to why those games weren’t chosen. Still, it seems no matter what Nintendo does, they can’t win in the court of public opinion.

This is where I step in and remind everyone that yes, we should be excited about The Wind Waker HD. We should be excited for what it means for Nintendo, the Zelda franchise, and more importantly what it means to fan service.
