We Zelda fans are not too different from Kingdom Hearts fans these days. We are waiting for Nintendo to open the floodgates and let us see some new Zelda Wii U suff, and they are waiting around to hear more about Kingdom Hearts 3, like they have for YEARS now. Still, though, news seems to point towards both groups getting news soon. In the mean time, ScrewAttack has thrown together something awesome/controversial to hold all of us over for a…

The folks over at Screw Attack run a regular feature at their website titled Reasons We Love and Hate Games. This weeks topic of discussion gives 16 reasons why we love Link and 16 reasons why we hate Link. The two videos provide some interesting arguments from both sides of the spectrum, each with 16 points on why you should love or hate Link.

You had to have seen this coming. Just as they recently did a video on the best bosses from the Zelda series, the folks at ScrewAttack have made a new video where they list what they believe to be the worst bosses in the series. Hit the jump for the video!

An action-oriented game is nothing without good bosses. And the Zelda series has some of the most iconic video game bosses from Ganon to Dodongo. ScrewAttack recently posted a video in which they ranked what they believe to be the top 10 bosses in Zelda history. Hit the jump for the video!

What do you think is the worst Legend of Zelda game? Let’s pretend those CD-i games don’t count, then seriously, what is the worst Legend of Zelda game? Often times we’ll hear Adventure of Link get thrown in with that conversation, but I personally hold that up as one of the better games in the franchise. To me personally, I’ve have to say Four Swords Adventures, especially if you are playing it in single player mode. The folks over at…

The Internet is always rife with videos and thoughts of what a movie based on the Zelda franchise (especially of the live-action variety) would look like. As we’ve seen, many are extraordinary and some of us would love to see that work made into a full motion picture. But what would a cross between Zelda and Michael Bay warrant? Many feel his Transformers movies missed the mark on what made the original cartoon so much fun, and people are already…

Besides actually playing the games, video game fans love nothing better than debating countdown lists and raking their own favorites. The guys over at ScrewAttack give us yet another one, and for once, I think everyone in the Zelda community can agree on this one. In their video (which you can view after the jump) ScrewAttack ranks their “Top 10 Games You Should Play on NES.” Of course all of the old favorites are there: the original Super Mario Bros.,…

Zelda and Peach each have different abilities, but there’s one thing that they both excel at: Getting kidnapped. With a résumé like that, who would win in a battle to the death? Thanks to the folks over at ScrewAttack, we can now find out! Wizard and Boomstick, the narrators of the video, assess the abilities of each princess and then pit them against each other to see who will be left standing. If you’re curious who will come out on…

Sure, Skyward Sword has been out for over two weeks now, but reviews are still flowing in almost daily. While we haven’t been posting most post-release reviews, I decided to draft a news post for this one as it comes courtesy of ScrewAttack.com, one of the most post popular video game websites online. They ended up giving the game a 9.5 score and had lots of good things to say. They really enjoyed the graphical style, the storyline, and the…

The folks over at ScrewAttack are celebrating Halloween with a countdown of their Top 10 Scariest Retro Enemies. When I think of scary enemies in the Legend of Zelda series, I immediately think of the ReDeads from Ocarina of Time and subsequent Legend of Zelda games. However, the more I think of it… Wallmasters might fit this description even better. Wallmasters first appeared in the original Legend of Zelda and have appeared in a variety of Zelda titles since. The…
