A Link Between Worlds is almost upon us, and what better way to get ready than by listening to the old soundtrack of A Link to the Past? We all have our own ways of preparing, and Smooth McGroove has done the world the kindness of creating an a capella vocal cover of the A Link to the Past Overworld theme.

With A Link Between Worlds being the sequel to A Link to the Past and all, one can’t help but wonder what the soundtrack will be like.

The good folks at GameXplain have uploaded a series of new A Link Between Worlds videos, including a guide to using the game’s new Tornado Rod item. Also included in the mix is some new new dungeon and overworld footage. All three videos are available after the jump.

A Link Between Worlds,and this time they’re showing off both Hyrule and Lorule’s overworlds. You’ll see a few familiar locations along the way, but what’s most interesting are, of course, the not-so-familiar looking locations.

The areas explored in the video are mostly water based, so don’t expect a grand tour of both locations. What you get instead are some interesting looking locations, enemies, and of course, new and old characters. There’s a lot to be seen in this video, so be sure to check it out!

With the completion of The Wind Waker HD for the Wii U console, the hype regarding a brand new and mysterious Wii U Zelda game has grown substantially.
