A couple months ago, we posted about a new texture pack built for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. This mod transforms the darker artstyle of the game to the more colorful look of Skyward Sword. That’s right. This game makes Twilight Princess look like Skyward Sword.

We’ve only seen a few screenshots of the mod in action, but we’re getting a lot more now! The team behind the project has uploaded a teaser, showcasing footage of the texture pack in motion. We also have a ton of screenshots that show off the new look for the game.

Zelda fanatic KennaW has created a sweet mod for the original Legend of Zelda where instead of playing as Link, you can play through as Princess Zelda. The game is identical, other than the sprite swap, where you control Zelda instead of Link. The developer has created a short video highlighting some of the gameplay and you can see that after the jump. Additionally there are instructions on how you can go about downloading the game.

Imagine if The Wind Waker was made without its iconic cel-shaded graphics, and instead with those similar to, say, Skyrim‘s? Well, in a sense, this dream has been made into a reality through a new mod by Konniksanders that inserts an area with the same layout of Wind Waker‘s Windfall Island into Skyrim. A recently finished mod for Team Fortress 2 has something many Zelda fans can enjoy. A perfectly recreated level one Hero’s Bow from Skyward Sword can now be used as an optional weapon. The bow is a mod of the original huntsman bow for the sniper and perfectly matches the Team Fortress 2 artstyle. It’s not too often that console mods show up, but today we’ve found something spectacular. The Zelda-themed Wii you see in the image to your left is a full on shell mod of the soon to be outdated console. Unfortunately, there’s no clear way to buy one of these, but it’s still something worth looking at. The mod appears to consist of textured plastic, this Twilight Princess collector’s item and a well-done paint job. Make the jump for more information!

YouTube member Habboi recently uploaded a video of their personal project, a complete recreation of the magical kingdom of Zeal from the Super Nintendo game Chrono Trigger. He managed to capture the entire look of all four islands, the three cities, and even the parked blackbird and blue sealed pyramid.
