Pop-Fiction is a series of videos from GameTrailers which explore some of gaming’s biggest myths. They have already investigated several aspects of the Zelda series, such as the mysterious Chris Houlihan room from A Link to the Past, and the supposed removal of the original version of the Fire Temple music from early editions of Ocarina of Time. Pop-Fiction have returned to Hyrule once again to explore another mystery, this time a slightly lesser-known one concerning an enigmatic hidden “ghost”…

Eggbusters is a “Mythbuster-copycat show” where video game glitches, easter eggs, and any other secrets are put to the test and either proved to work or just be a load of nothing. Testing recent games and classic hits, all kinds of reported glitches found on the internet are tried, and what’s fun is just watching and learning, then trying them out for your own entertainment.

The Eggbusters’ recent episode is a redo of a redo episode of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess where hosts Austin and Aysha retry a couple of glitches attempted in the Twilight Princess REDUX video.

There are people in this world who can beat The Wind Waker in about four and a half hours. How in the world is this possible? Well it’s mostly the product of a glitch called “zombie hover.” Any speed runner would be elated to learn that it is, in fact, going to be a part of the re-release for the Wii U. Well, isn’t that something.  Nintendo Everything’s popular Eggbusters series, which takes looks at interesting glitches in popular Nintendo video games, comes to its first ever season finale – a half-hour long event celebrating the weirdery of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask.

There are quite a few interesting glitches pulled off here, each with bizarre side effects – but by far the greatest magic trick of them all is making the moon disappear.  It’s true that this glitch of near-mythic status (known to many as the “4th Day glitch”) has been seen before, but not in quite such a detailed format.

The Wind Waker is such a great experience, I hope every one of you reading this has had the opportunity to play this game, but if not it’s alright, as we have an HD version arriving on the Wii U  later this year. That being said, Egg Busters is back to try and prove or disprove three glitches as it pertains to The Wind Waker. Why? Because they have to do with Pigs… and apparently it was national Pig day or something recently.

Either way, it’s a very interesting episode. How many of these glitches did you know about? Are you going to try them for yourself? I know when I boot up The Wind Waker HD later this year, I am going to see if these transferred over to the new version of the game.

We are sitting here on the eve of all greatness with E3 just around the corner, about to hear news of the Wii U and the Zelda game in development on this new console. But as E3 looms forward, how do we spend our spare time? Some might suggest replaying a few of our favorite Zelda games, as I know I will be replaying Majora’s Mask to pass the time. However, there are a select few people whose sole purpose…

All Zelda games have their own glitches, but I find the ones in Majora’s Mask to be particularly interesting. Some are impossibly difficult to pull off, so I’ve wracked my pea-brain to provide this list of my ten favorite glitches and/or secrets from Majora’s Mask. Here, I will guide you through some of the more accessible exploitable bugs in the game, ranging from playing as the beloved Fierce Deity outside of boss arenas to the curious Wrong Warps that speedrunners…

Over at Cinemassacre, one of the regular shows is Mike’s Game Glitches. As the name suggests, there is a guy named Mike and he shows off various video game glitches. We didn’t report on this earlier as it was right in the midst of the Skyward Sword hype and release, but it has recently come to our attention. In the video Mike shows off some rather sweet game glitches that I previously didn’t even know existed. Want to get Dark…

Skyward Sword has only been out for a little over a week and already fans are finding glitches in the game. YouTube user, NintendoGuy98 has uploaded this video of a glitch he found in Eldin Volcano near the temple. If done correctly, it allows Link to fall through the ground. It doesn’t appear to do anything else or seem like a very useful glitch.

Glitches in The Legend of Zelda series are well known and none are more notorious for them as Ocarina of Time. The game has a vast amount of glitches with some being useful, some being fun and others just ruining your game completely. With so many fans playing the game time after time and discovering almost everything they can about the game sometimes you would notice something was a little off. This led fans to start experiencing the game in…
