NiNTENDOMiNATi0N has created an unboxing video for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD – Ganondorf Limited Edition Bundle. I have to say, I am pretty jealous. It looks very well made and deserves a place on every Zelda fan’s shelf.

This bundle was released on the same day as the digital copy, September 20. Remember that the physical copy only comes out in two days, on October 4!

The limited edition of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD is again available for purchase on GameStop’s website. The limited edition set, which comes with a 5-inch figurine of The Wind Waker‘s Ganondorf, sold out a few days ago, not long after first being put up. At only $10 more than the base game, this is a steal for any Zelda fan who likes decorating their room with memorabilia.

If you missed The Wind Waker HD‘s limited edition the first time, here’s your second chance to pick it up. Pre-order it while you can, as it will surely be taken down soon. The Wind Waker HD will release as a physical, stand-alone game on October 4th, but if you’re unsure of whether or not you actually want it, you can already read our review here.

It is so exciting to be a Zelda fan right now, with The Wind Waker HD just on the horizon and A Link Between Worlds not too far behind it. For The Wind Waker HD alone there are three separate versions available for purchase (four if you count the digital version of the standard edition), but time is up on one of them it seems. Thanks to our friends over at Link’s Hideaway, we have been alerted to the fact that the GameStop exclusive version of the game, featuring a special Ganondorf figurine, is sold out in North America, particularly in the United States. It seems that it is still available in Europe, exclusively through GAME.

This may come as a bummer to those who were on the fence about shelling out the extra money for this edition, but these kind of things can’t always be waited for. As a community we tend to snatch up these things as soon as they are announced, and I’m glad that Nintendo keeps including special things for dedicated fans.

I’m glad that I put my pre-order in the day it was available. What do you think? Are you bummed that this edition is sold out? Or are you happy that you jumped on the pre-order train?

No, you can’t pre-order this just yet, but GameStop is reportedly selling copies of The Wind Waker HD bundled with a unique Ganondorf figurine. It is unclear at this juncture if this is the digital version (as in, the digital copy of Wind Waker HD, as GameStop also sells that), or if it’s simply the retail version bundled on October 4th. Either way, this Ganondorf statue is slick. Hop inside for a bigger look!

Earlier today we reported about all the breaking news regarding the upcoming release of The Wind Waker HD. One of the sweet bonuses that is being included is the release of a GameStop exclusive Ganondorf Figurine. While the physical copy of The Wind Waker HD is set to sell for $49.99, fans can purchase the game with the figurine for just five dollars more at a price of $54.99. One thing that isn’t quite crystal clear is when this particular…

There’s always something new and cool to show off at the San Diego Comic-Con, and this year producer Unbox Industries and distributor Dark Horse, the company who localized Hyrule Historia, certainly brought it with some awesome statues based around The Legend of Zelda.

Now, before you start complaining about the finer details, these are not the final designs and there is no set release date, price, or methods of distribution. To make things even more peculiar, the statues are pending in terms of license approval. But that doesn’t mean we still can’t drool over them.

So far the only statues shown off were of Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess Link, Twilight Princess Ganondorf, and Pirate Captain Scervo from Skyward Sword. They do lack proper polish at this point, polish that will hopefully come along further down the road, but I think we can all agree that the final products will be worth waiting to see. Now if only the Ganondorf statue didn’t look so much like First4Figure’s own Ganondorf statue.

Turns out that now is a good time for Zelda figure, figurine, and statue enthusiasts. Recently we reported that excellently made Ganondorf statues are becoming available soon in US markets, and today we are reporting that the Figma Link figure is coming to the US at long last. This figure has been available in Japan for some time, but they are costly to import, many costing over $100. Originally, it was set to be released in tandem with a Samus Aran figure, but it became impossible after licensing issues. Find out more after the jump!

All the collectors out there should be happy about this bit of news. There are three new Link figurines that are going to be available soon. They will be Link from the first Legend of Zelda, The Wind Waker and also Skyward Sword. They are going to be three of a set of six that also include Mario figurines. They were sculpted by Yohei Kaneko, who seems to have done a fabulous job. Each figurine should be about two and…

In this Zelda Collection video I take a look at a figurine dating all the way back to 1989. This is an officially licensed Link figurine from Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. It’s rather simplistic and Link surely does have a rather unique look. His face in particular is quite strange with his gazing eyes. This figurine was part of a set of 12, including 9 Super Mario figurines and 2 Punch-Out figurines. It looks like the Legend of…
