This week on Monday Comic corner we have our first comic from AWKWARD ZOMBIE. Not only that, but, as you might have guessed from the title, this comic specifically features content from Oracle of Seasons, which isn’t talked about too often when Zelda is mentioned. I’m not exactly sure why this is, but it’s most likely because the handheld Zelda games just aren’t played as often as the “big” console titles, like Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess. But without further ado, hit…

To coincide with Jordan’s Flute Boy’s Meadow this week, we have for you on Windmill Hut not one, not two, but four different versions of Tal Tal Heights. This popular tune from the end of Link’s Awakening has been covered in varying ways to different effects, but none seem to diverge too far from the intentions of the original theme- to make the player feel excited and accomplished at the same time. Hit the jump to listen!

Today is a very special day because on this Monday we observe the inauguration of a new Zelda Dungeon feature – Monday Comic Corner! (Especially cheesy, I know. It was Tingle’s idea.) As the title would suggest, this weekly feature will show off some of the comics inspired by the Zelda series. To me, comics are wonderful because they incorporate artwork, text, and a bit of something silly all in one. Zelda comics are particularly special because often they give…

This week’s Windmill Hut features a song many of us hold near and dear, the “Wind Waker Title Theme.” This band cover is by YouTuber Tilusankari, combining different types of guitar, drums, and keyboard to create a brilliant masterpiece. Jump on in to pay homage to this amazing artist and song.

As I’m sure most of you have noticed, Zelda Dungeon normally publishes an article about Zelda every Friday. This feature is run by myself along with a staff of many dedicated writers and editors. Dedicated writers provide the articles you read, while editors help those writers and also work on articles submitted by other forum users so that they are brought up to standard. Now that we are trying to build the article feature of the other site on the…

The folks over at Kotaku have posted a interesting feature within Skyward Sword. As the release of Skyward Sword draws near, we’re getting more and more goodies and little features, this is no exception. While roaming around the Bazaar, if you walk towards different people e.g. the tinker, the music changes tone to suit the character. To simplify, it kinda changes to a remix of the bazaar theme. If your not sure what I mean then go here to see…

Wired recently held an interview with Mario series producer Yoshiaki Koizumi. Koizumi also worked in various capacities on several of the earlier Zelda games, from A Link to the Past through The Wind Waker. While speaking of the future of Mario on the Wii U, he was reminded of an experience from the days of Majora’s Mask development. Here’s the excerpt from Wired’s article: “When I think about the two screens being used at the same time, it seems like…

This week our featured fanart is “Fierce Deity VS Majora” by deviantART artist KurkoBoltsi. Click for full view.
