Later this year, Nintendo’s all-star heroes and villains will assemble once more to duke it out in new Super Smash Bros. games for the Wii U and 3DS. An impressive line-up of characters has already been confirmed for both titles, including three Zelda mainstays: Link, Princess Zelda and the always adorable Toon Link. With plenty of time left for Nintendo to unveil more challengers, it isn’t unreasonable to expect Princess Zelda’s alter-ego, Shiek, or Link’s nemesis, Ganondorf, to return as…

Hyrule’s famous princess will be rejoining the cast of Super Smash Bros. for the flagship fighting series’ fourth entry. Princess Zelda will fight alongside Link and his young cel-shaded counterpart Toon Link in both the Wii U and 3DS versions of the game. More after the jump.

With the new Super Smash Bros. game revealed, many discussions have erupted. And the discussions range from the character roster and its new characters to the graphics of the game, the graphics being somewhat controversial as with most other aspects of the game. Part of what astounded me when I first played the game was its ability to create powerful atmospheres with hardware that…

However, the mod we came across today could bring new life back into the game for certain fans and was so well received that it was featured in Zelda Universe’s Friday Fan Art. If you have ever been curious about how Majora’s Mask’s Link would look in Super Smash Bros. Brawl with Twilight Princess graphics than look no…

Apparently we’re not the only ones celebrating Christmas this time of year. It looks like the people of Hyrule are celebrating the holiday themselves, namely Ganondorf. He only has one item that’s on his Christmas list this year and he decides to tell everyone exactly what it is that he wants by singing his request to the tune of song that we probably hear a lot this time of year. If you want to see what Ganondorf wants this year,…

GameFAQs is holding a Game of the Decade poll, covering 2000-2009. Of course we’re posting about it because there is a Zelda game on the poll! There have been multiple polls to eliminate certain games tournament style, and in fact two Zelda games have been in the competition: Twilight Princess and Majora’s Mask. Twilight Princess was eliminated early on by Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but Majora’s Mask has beaten Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater and Final Fantasy X. It…
