There have been many figurines of pretty much every character from the Zelda series. As the design of some characters change between games, more and more figurines have been released to represent the new incarnation. While there have been a few figurines of Link himself since Skyward Sword was released back in November 2011, a new one is now available which also comes with a few extra goodies. Take a look after the jump!

It seems as though Nintendo is being quite secretive about the upcoming Super Smash Bros. games for the Wii U and 3DS. It seems as though once a new character has been announced we don’t hear anything else for a weeks or even a few months. However, it seems as though the character roster isn’t the only aspect of the upcoming games that is changing. A recent Miiverse post by series creator and director Masahiro Sakurai has shown that the…

This week we have a double feature of Corpse Run‘s fantastic comics. First, an examination of the combination of two items from Skyward Sword. Fi, annoying as always, unfortunately cannot explain to Link why the rules of video games and real life don’t always meet. And second, something all guys can relate to to some extent, even if it doesn’t involve a flying beetle. Hit the jump to read the comics!

Zelda equipment is some of the most interest and exciting parts of a Zelda adventure. Whenever I received equipment in any Zelda game, I would always be excited to try it out and see how it’s applied. But something that really intrigues me and many others is the equipment lineup for the Wii U. The lineup is something that many look at before they buy a game in the Zelda series. Today, I will describe some expected, wanted, and even…

The Beetle is easily one of my favorite newer Zelda items, and one of the best things about Skyward Sword. In a game with so much to offer, it was a standout and an essential part of the adventure. Skyward Sword is a linear game, but the Beetle enhanced elements of player choice and interaction with the environment–both keys to giving Skyward Sword its unique place in the Zelda pantheon. It also utilized Wii MotionPlus fairly well, and though it…

The Beetle in Skyward Sword is useful for many things: getting items that are far out of Link’s reach, hitting switches, getting past obstacles by using a bomb, getting a look at the surroundings, hitting random citizens of Skyloft… Wait, what? Yes, apparently so, cause one such person has done just that. Robotortoise of youtube has recording a video showing him using the beetle to hit certain individuals around Skyloft and they react by crying out in pain and holding…

A few days back we updated both our Skyward Sword Characters page and our Skyward Sword Enemies page. Today we’ve continued the process of updating some of our Skyward Sword sections and we now have for you all an updated Skyward Sword Items page. All of our Skyward Sword content is eventually building to a full blown Skyward Sword Walkthorugh, which will be available shortly after the games release. With all three of the above content pages, much of the…

I’m back guys! Sorry for the wait before getting a new video from me. There was all that E3 and Skyward Sword stuff, plus there was a lot of news on Zelda Dungeon about it all, so I had to hold off until now to made a video about it. This video is basically my impressions about the game and everything we know about it. I do a little bit of going over all the facts and details that have…
