Symphony of the Goddesses: Second Quest footage

This past Friday, I was one of the lucky New Yorkers to attend The Symphony of the Goddesses: Second Quest! As an avid listener of Zelda music, and an attendee of the “First Quest,” I was elated to experience fully orchestrated performances of brand new medleys, as well as many favorites of last year’s performance. And now you can ask experience some of it too, with footage of the concert’s best moments now available on YouTube!

The following video shows the overture, featuring new footage from The Wind Waker HD, and the brand new Link’s Awakening medley added to the symphony exclusively for Second Quest.

You also get to see some of the cool merchandise for sale at Madison Square Garden, as well as some impressive cosplay! What sadly hasn’t been shown in this video are some of the other new features added to Second Quest, including a gorgeous Spirit Tracks medley, a new rendition of Dragon Roost Island, and updated HD footage that played during The Wind Waker‘s fantastic symphonic movement. And let’s not forget my personal favorite; a beautiful combination of Ballad of the Goddess and Fi’s theme song. Whether you’re a Symphony of the Goddesses veteran, or you’ve never been, Second Quest does not disappoint! And there are still plenty of tickets still on sale here!
